Since 2012, Doctors for Madagascar has been an NGO partner at Praxis Update, a continuing medical education conference for GPs. With our own stand and a short presentation, we are able to present our projects at the conference's five different locations, making contact with interested doctors. This annual event gives us an important platform for communication and networking. We regularly meet doctors who are interested, engaged, critical and above all, ready to help, and who get excited about the possibility of a placement or go on to support us financially.

The organisers, 'med update', take their social responsibility very seriously and support impoverished people in other countries by linking medical update seminars in Germany with charities worth supporting.
